Hi there,

Apologies about this.

Would you like to email your new pictures to me - rachael.dcruze@futurenet.com, along with your user name and I'll do it for you.

Rach

Hi sue,

Would you mind providing me with a little more information as to your problem -

- what operating system and internet browser are you using?
- what type of file and what file size are you trying to upload?

could you send me a screengrab of what happens when you try to upload a picture?

can I also ask to which email address you have been sending your queries?

Thanks,

Amy

Im Using Vista Home premium with mozzila firefox. i have tried using internet explorer but thats just the same. the image im trying to use is a jpeg which i reduced to 640x838 pixels anid is 179kb.
as for a screen grab theres nothing much to see. once it finishes uploading a message appears instruction to refresh browser and the old image appers, even if i have previously deleted it
I have sent the image to Rachael decruz by email, as requested

Hi rjtrixter,

My previous post was actually in response to sue's question

We have received your email and we're working on a solution to the problem at the moment.

Thanks for your patience while we deal with this,

Amy
