Sigma 70-200 Lens ??

Thinking of getting a new and faster zoom lens such as the Sigma APO 70-200mm f/2.8 EX DG OS HSM. Considerably cheaper than the Nikon option, which would be very nice.

Anyone had any experience of this lens, I want it to shoot action such as horse events and such like.

Is there another option worth considering.

No experience with that particular lens, but sigma are top notch. Another alternative is the sigma 120-300, but that's around twice the price!
