Hi Mark

I do like this shot it's right up my street but I would like to ask what technique you used to capture it because you seem to have both forward and backwards motion blur on the ducks .

loving the bird action. My problem with the shot is the treatment, the birds are so similar in tonal quality to the background that it almost looks like they're camouflaged.

Do they stand out better in the colour version?

It was my abstract take on the scene, glad you noticed the blur both ways, its there to confuse, oh and clicked the wrong thread Dohhhh

Yes they do, but wanted to be a bit abstract about the pic, not everones cup of tea I guess
