Hi Orlan,

The shot doesn't do anything for me personally. Its very soft and looks like there is a bit of blur, either caused by the lens being slightly out of focus, or camera shake due to slow shutter speed. Its also got a fair amount of noise to it but, I'm guessing that's down to the ISO3200 that you used for the shot. The leaves in the foreground look slightly over exposed too.

Ideally you want the subjects eye to be the focal point / sharpest area of the photo. What lens were you using to shoot this? Was it hand held or tripod mounted?
