May Flower II

Hi All

Took this of the Mat Flower II, I'm looking to take something similar when I visit the Mathew and SS Great Britain in Bristol.

So if you could offer your critique on this i'm sure it will help me with this.

Thanks

Great shot Steve. The thing with this perspective is the sky,and this works. Good luck with the sky in Bristol.

Great shot steve,

Not only have you exposed this perfectly, but you have the whole image in pin sharp focus, great dof at F11. I don't know how much post processing you've used or if you focus stacked a couple of exposures, but it doesn't matter to me if you have, the result is excellent. It warrants viewing enlarged.

Rick.

Hi thanks

little to no post processing, just boosted saturation very slightly.

British weather and blue skies, I'll see if I can get a dull gray sky.

Then replace it.

Cheers

Excellent shot - the sky has dominated the metering and so the wood and texture has come out beautifully. Frame it!
