Hi, just thought that I would introduce myself. My name is Tony and I'm from Glengormley which is just on the out skirts of Belfast City in Northern Ireland. As I think you might have guessed by my avitar and my login name I'm crazy about Stargate and anything else that is sci-fi. I like going for drives in the car around the Antrim coast, I've always been into sceenery which I think started me off into taking snapshots with point and shoot cameras but, I only really got into photography seriously about four or five years ago and as I wanted to get better at it and learn as much as I could I took an NVQ Level 2 in City and Guilds Photography course and passed with credit.
Well I think that's more than enough about me as once I get started talking I don't know when to stop and I tend to ramble on and on and on.........  I think you get the drift of what I'm trying to say, so, I think I'm going to stop now, I look forward to some interaction whether it be looking for advice or even if I can, give so advice. Well thanks for taking the time to read this and sorry for the rambling........ Tony

Hi Steve, thought I recognised the name but wasn't sure it was you, that other site was just getting worse and worse and it's dying a very slow death and I like being somewhere where life exists.
Hi Ieuan, you haven't missed much where Stargate is concerned. I was raging when they announced that Stargate and Stargate Atlantis were ending. Then they came up with Stargate Universe which is ok I guess but it will never be as good as the ORIGONAL SG1 TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, thanks for the welcome guys. Tony

I think that you will find that you don't get a lot of reaction in the galleries but there is usually plenty going on in the forum. The weekend comp is quite a vibrant place to be if you fancy a challenge on a weekly basis. Just give me a pm if you want any help about posting images in threads etc as it isn't the easiest thing to get your head around.
