And ill agree with that too, bit out of place that comment, i would like to see more interaction from the staff and others, esp in the crit sect wouldnt be bad to get more opinions, I agree the fb page is the most active,
While the captcha thingy is here commenting can be a pain in the a**** so i tend not to, unless its that good its worth the effort,

Overall i think its a good site, ive learnt an awfull lot of this and hope it continues, just a few minor niggles to sort out,

Dan

It would, and I noticed you there this morning! :-)

Ooh Hey, that's a bit harsh isn't it.

As others have said, Matt does have a point and he is extremely helpful to others with good constructive criticism.

Thanks guys - I'll just ignore that post.

Amy, it would be great to see some content posted via the forum, so the active forum members can interact with it using tools that they know.

I understand that the facebook page might be quite active - it would be nice if that activity could be linked with the forum. There's plenty of sites that use the facebook API to integrate the two together.

Good idea on the facebook. A lot of companies block Facebook directly so users cannot access during most of the day when taking a quick break.

Hi Matt,

The Facebook API is integrated into the PhotoRadar homepage - please remember to check the front page occasionally too, this isn't after all just a forum, but a complete website.

Best wishes,

Amy

Amy, I look at the front page all of the time....I never noticed it until I went just now looking for it. I had to scroll down a bit and it is still rather narrow down the right side. Perhaps a relocation of items on the front page is in order?

Feedback noted, Don, however the API appears underneath the second banner advert - which obviously we need to generate revenue from the site, so as you can imagine, that takes precedence over the Facebook API.

I see it under ads for your own magazines, so that might be an accounting trick since it is all internal

Don, the ads continually change throughout the day/week/month - so you might see an advert for our own magazines right now, but that won't always be the case. They also sometimes change depending on what else you've been looking at online, I remember once I was looking for a casserole dish and the next time I looked at the site an advert for John Lewis kitchenware appeared (spooked me a little bit the first time actually!) Right now though, I'm seeing one for Vistaprint and one for Albelli.
