Canon White Box goods

I have seen in camera shops and on ebay Canon White Boxed lenses for sale. Are these refurbished items?

The link you showed me is not a Refurb as it stated in the descriptopn its a new item, They will state if they are refurbs or not, If in doubt ask the buyers, but it looks new,

I believe white box goods such as lenses are where an item has been part of a package kit which has been broken up and is now being sold separately - usually brand new and may be excellent value..
