DPP Convert & Save
Hi gang, I know DPP isn't Photoshop but I reckon someone might be able to help me here anyway. I use PS Elements 9 as well but find the DPP "convert and save" is quicker and easier for batch processing. I used to have no problems but now I find it fails every time. Comes up with "an error occurred" and "encoding failed" in the details box. I must have changed something somewhere but I can't see where.
