But this is just a guideline & individual forces can set their own rules on which speed to prosecute.
i thought it was something like that, saved me a few times..

police here are a nightmare....loads of mobile cameras...and they regualry have a surround a town day, where they cover all the exits of the town and do spot checks... i get it all the time.. mainly because of my age and being male....

Funnily enough, we have just walked through the main street of our town and the local PCSO was stood in the middle of the road with a hand held speed gun. I hasten to add that it is a one way street.

It's a bit unlucky to get caught by a camera. Lots have been turned off.
I used to have an Audi S3. Lovely car. Would love another Audi (not a TT though) but they are so expensive.

I used to drive an Audi before I came to England. Now, I am forced to use buses, taxis, trains and legs. Easy to do where I live, would be a nightmare if we lived in the country, with a bus every three weeks, or not at all.

My sister drives an old Ford Mustang, now that's really a girl's car! Attracts men like ... any old bit of good technology!

I agree with the Mustang comment. Over here there are a lot more of them and I think they are "chick cars", to use the North American lingo for it. Especially the soft top/convertible/cabriolet. Usually I see women in the their 40's driving.

At least ones from about 2000 on look decent, before that they were horrible.
