Ooooops, Have I written something I don't remember doing.... I can't see a response from me (other than this one) in this thread...

What is worrying me is that today I was looking up the top 10 symptoms to Alzheimers...
1) short term memory lapses - forgetting things that have happened recently
2) Errrr...

- I can't remember the rest

Phil

Ignore all the rudeness on your post, you asked a fair question and you're already way ahead of the game acknowledging there are things for you to learn... everyone has more to learn! (At least you already have good manners learned... anyone can learn to spot meter, some people never learn to be polite!)

It's really great to see you experimenting with some natural light (Even with added flash)... it can make for the best shots. Try researching spot metering... and use natural light sources as much as you can... and don't wait for a shot or just direct a shot, keep talking with your subject till they forget the camera then you'll get closer to getting a shot of them... rather than just a shot of someone looking at a camera pointed at them

Overall your stream is interesting... good to see you trying lots of things!. It may help to pick your favourite style and subject and just hone that for a time, get really good at it and then apply the things you learn there to other subjects. Good luck!

Sorry if I've been rude or offended anyone - sometimes my twisted wit gets the better of me - no offence meant to anyone.

Not sure who's included in being offensive, but it's definitely not you Phil.

Got to say that I do agree with Alf's sentiments - if original poster CBA'd then why should I?
