Lighting stands

hi all,

i have recently 'aquired' a selection of manfrotto and mulitblitz lighting stands, As at the minute i only have flash guns and wirelss recievers, wont fit on the screw heads that are on them,
are there any adaptors i can get so i can screw the wirelss triggers onto the heads? and also have two multiblitz Silver lined Brollys,
So can you recomend adaptors for these too, as the manfrotto ones i have wont accept the brolly centre, Cheers Guys,
