Hi Jeeps805,
The first shot could have been better with a wider field of view and possibly an even slower shutter speed, to give the impression of greater speed of the cyclist. I assume your intention was of a humorous nature in reference to the sign, which you nearly achieved.
I assume the second shot is a landmark building, but as John commented it looks like any other holiday snapshot.
The third shot has the most interesting subject matter, but as John has already replied, the foreground tourist in the middle of the frame is a major distraction. On the other hand the father and child to the left hand side looking through the scope add interest to the image. The bridge is leaning over to the left as the horizon is tilted right to left.
This is only my opinion and I'm far less qualified than others on this forum. The problem with asking for critique is that you need to sort out who is giving you objective advice and who's advice is relevant. Most people will not want to discourage you, but it may seem that way to you. Others will not want to offend, so you either get no replies or you get misleading sympathetic comment.
As I said, this is just my opinion and I may be wrong, so try to look at your work compared to others of similar subject material.
All the best, Rick.
Here is what I would do with the Image of the bridge:
