Question about editing lighting...?

Hi, I was wondering how I could edit a plain photo of a model standing against a wall (which has flat lighting) into something with lighting like this..

http://mtblog.teenvogue.com/connect/...mb-500x375.jpg

I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0, which is an early edition but still capable..

Thanks!

The easiest way I can think to do this is to add a vignette around the edge of the picture (basically darkening the outer edges like the photo you linked to has). It's not going to give you exactly the same effect because you're darkening the edge rather than lighting the middle but the overall effect is the same.
