Enlarge tie pin photo- possible?

Hi, Can someone please tell me if it is possible to have an old tie pin photo enlarged at a shop? The tie pin photo is only about 3/4 in high and 1/2 in wide oval. Also, how large could it be made? It's the only photo I have of Gramps. Thanks Much, Fino

Its hard to say for sure without seeing the picture, but have you got or do you know someone who has got a macro lens to see how close you can get ?

Yes, it can be enlarged via a scanner, but the quality depends on the quality of the photograph. Why not ask around friends who might have a scanner and Photoshop, as they could produce a full size picture that could look great.
