Waterfalls and moving water

Every forum needs one of these threads. I shall set the ball rolling with two shots from the weekend; Mondays sure do come round quickly

Very nice pics John, I was there at Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfalls a few weeks ago.

I've alway found after years of visiting this place that I now prefere photgraphing sections of it as well as the full veiw.

Was the Mountain Ash tree half way up still in fruit as it makes a fairly nice pic against the waterfalls.

Err thanks but who the hell is John?
Anyway, on a technical note, is anyone else having problems posting pictures? On safari they appear to resize but in explorer they are cropped- what gives?

Great waterfall shots, love the low angle of your first image Lifecapture.. Paul the image where the tree frames the waterfall is nicely composed, would have liked to see more blur in the water, but just my opinion..

I find both series of waterfalls extremely exiting.
In Denmark the most waterfall we get is when we find an old pond from a watermill. :-)

Anyways, love them all with or without blur in the water.

More recent one of the same - looks like I was stood on the same rock as the first shot, but this was an autumn scene. http://www.photoradar.com/photos/771...r-autumn-falls
