Thanks for all the replies. I think it is a good idea to see if i can get to try a Nikon D90, which is what i have my eye on, before jumping into anyhing. The thing i dislike about my camera is the lag, i find that very frustrating. The whole bundle cost me over £500 a few months ago and i cannot afford to loose too much on it. So i will see if i can get to try the Nikon, or similar DSLR before i do anything else. Thanks again as there is lots to think about and you never know, i might hear of someone selling a good Nikon D90 so they can upgrade, is that likely, lol.

If I could afford to upgrade from the D90, I'd sell you mine at a bargain price! Still hoping for that lottery win...
