new lense

good Afternoon.

could someone advise me if I require I/S on a lens for taking pictures of trampolining.
I currently take pictures of my daughter trampolining club with a sigma 70-300mm and a sigma 28-70mm, i am looking to purcahse a canon lens either 70-200mm f2.8 or f4 not sure which would be better.Wold it make much difference if i went for the f4 because of the price.
i have to use my iso setting at 800 or 1600 because I am not allowed to use flash.Any advise please,

p.s I am also looking at a sigma 20-200mm f2.8 (os)

thankyou
Nigel

my answer is that it can make a good difference but probably depends on how well the lens implements it.

Since you are talking about Canon, this is correct. However, since there is a Lens section, it would be correct there too.
