As Oldboy has already mentioned, Mark, it's that book that comes with a camera that you should have read cover to cover, at least three times, before you started using it!

You mean to say you haven't, Dan.... shame on you!!!

You're setting such a bad example to the novices, so to redeem yourself you must go read it at once!

No, at lease ten times!

There use to be a saying in the computer world - RTFM.

Now that would be sad and a bit geeky! Are you sure you still want to go ahead and do this?

No real man ever reads the manual BEFORE he has at least had a go at figuring it out himself. Its the law. Only when you have really confused yourself do you ever refer to the manual and find out how it really works.

I saw that light box link a while ago (maybe on this site). It looks good. I have also checked out some of the ebay lightboxes. For less than £10 you can get one with different backgrounds etc. May be worth investing in at some point.

Just for the record, thanks for your help on the exposure settings guys. The picture seems to be pretty well received. I even entered it for the competition on here but that was expecting too much.

Back to this Becks pump and the suggestion of taking different exposures in a pop art kinda thing. Keen to give it a go but am confusing myslef trying to work out the procedure. Any suggestions please.
