Poloriser Filter

Hey there!

I need a bit bit of help here!

I have a 550D and am looking for a Polarizer Filter. I have a 18-55 lens which I will be using to take landscape photos when I head up north next week. I was wondering what to go for? Bit of a novice, that's why I'm asking and want to see what effect it has!!
