Free subscription gift??

Hi,
I was given a subscription to the magazine for Christmas (top choice, beats socks!) but am still waiting on the promised subscription gift. The Feb issue was my first issue, the wrapping it came in looked like it had been opened already but I cant tell if there was supposed to be something in there. Has the subscription gift already gone out to new subscribers? If so I havent got it so what can i do to rectify?

I subscribed too after waiting months for something interesting to be offered as a freebie.

I'm still waiting for my Monopod too and also two back issues that I missed out on. Hence deciding to subscribe.

I'll give it a few days more then contact the subscription service.

We don't have subscriber details on file here, so unfortunately I can't look into this problem for you at the moment.

Phil have you contacted the distributor, My Favourite Magazines?

If you have no luck with them, let me know and I'll do some investigating for you.

Kathy has been in touch with me and it appears to be a problem with the Direct Debit even though the subscription went through ok. So the bank details do work but obviously not for the two back issues.
