Tuscany Landscapes

Hi everybody, I'm new here and my name is Marco Carmassi. I'm an italian professional photographer living between Italy and California.
I stumbled by chance in this forum and i got hooked by the general high expertise of people here.
I'd like to submit to your attention some photos from my portfolio and I'll be looking forward to your opinions.

All great shots but my favourite is the first one. From a personal preference I might have cropped it square and cut out some of the space to the left of the building but I do like the HDR work you've done on it. It really enhances the colours and textures.

Unfortunately I don't know, which is why I haven't been to see him - we have not been in touch now for about 5 years (just before he moved there). Sad really, but if I don't know where about he is then I can't contact him

Marco - ciao and welcome to the Forum.

Your shots are breathtaking. I would have been proud to have taken any of them.

With that said (and I know this is not the Critique Forum) I was wondering how you felt about the saturation of the colours in the 1st and 3rd pics? Do you think that toned down just a little they may work better? The colours in the sky, buildings and land all compete at a fairly high level.

The 2nd pic is my favourite. Very moody and wonderfully atmospheric.

Look forward to your next picture post.
