The 'curtains' are sandstone blocks, in fact everything you see is crafted of Sandstone. It's truely magnificent inside.

OK,
I've edited to straighten it up , and added a lens blur pushing the focal point to the second statue. It hides the dodgy focusing of the first statue, but I'm not sure it improves the picture - guess I'm going to have to go back again after all.
