Can't Change Avatar Photo - HELP

Hi, I have posted this on the forum already without any answers. I downloaded a photo for my avatar and then decided to change it, no matter what I try, I can't get rid of the original photo I downloaded!
I have deleted, refreshed, deleted again, waited overnight, logged on, logged off, shift f6 etc..!!!
Can anyone help?!
Thanks

It's sad to say this, but that's normal. Feel free to report bugs, but don't expect any responses from the-powers-that-be.

I think it's safe to say that you've found a bug. It's a good idea to supply what browser you're using, as well as what operating system, what PC you're using, what preference of camera you desire, and the size of your footwear. You might get a stock reply from the-powers-that-be in return, probably saying something along the lines of "Thanks, but it works for us", "We don't support size 11 shoes", or "We're aware of the problem"... or you might get nothing at all.

... which is something you're best getting used to, unfortunately.

Either way, you're at the mercy of the amateur website developer.
