I just used the automatic insertion button which I think referred to the photo by its name rather than the file. Thanks for that. Do you have any suggestions on how I could improve the picture?

I was just thinking about that actually...

I really like the shot - it's nicely lit and I like the tones in it. I think the crop is a little tight on the left hand side - I'd like to have a little more space between the models arm and the frame edge. I would also crop out the branches in the top right corner.

My only other concern is that the canal draws the eye away from the model, and the swans don't help that. If it was me I'd probably have a go at cloning out the swans, get bored of trying to make it look realistic and then whack a vignette on it to keep the eye from running out the frame.
