I agree with the no restrictions, the more restrictions imposed then generally the more arguments ensue.
For me, if somebody wants to spend 15hrs setting up the shot to be perfect in camera for 1/60th sec, or 1/60th sec then 15hrs in photoshop making it look good who cares...
