photoshop 7

hi all, im pretty new to photoshop and ive got photoshop 7 installed on my laptop but every time that i open it up all the of the drop down menues seem to be coloured light grey, im pretty sure that ive pressed some button or something like that but im just not sure what to do or how to get all the titles and stuff to turn solid black again so that i can use all of the menues, any help in resolving this problem would be great, many thanks john

Hi John,

Do you have an image loaded? Typically the menus in PS are greyed out until it's got a file to work with.
