Hi Tom,
Yes, It's nice. I'd straighten it up a bit though, looks like the buildings are leaning slightly, and crop out the very bright light on the right hand edge as I find it distracts.

I might have tilted the camera up a bit to include more of the buildings and cut out the foreground to the right. Its good you used a lower ISO and longer exposure, you could also experiment with higher ISO and shorter exposure times to see what effects you get. I know noise is an issue though with compacts. I think the shot is alright though and even playing with white balance sometimes can produce some nice night time colour effects.
