Great colours! The contrast between the red on the leaves with the greener shades is excellent. One of your best shots I think :-)

I agree. Nice contrasting colours and you have a nice black background which isolates it nicely.

Thank you, I had this one filed in my uninteresting photos but it caught my eye again yesterday so I revived it.

Often a good thing to go back over old pics now and then. You will find some gems.

Earlier this year, I was looking for an entry to a class at our local agricultural show where they have about 5 photography classes each year. I found an old one that fitted the bill, reworked it a little and wone first prize in it's category and best overall photo. Also took another first and a third with the two pics in entered into other categories.

Im gonna revisit them again...might find more little gems.

I'm dying to get out with my camera to try my new tripod and remote shutter release out of doors, but the light is rubbish and I'm not feeling too grand either.

The light is the same here. Been misty and dank for a couple of days. I've got my Lee Big Stopper now and just want to give it a go.

Hope you feel better soon.

Yes, can use it at any time just that I haven't been able to get anywhere to use it.
