Ron, you mean you've lost the file you downloaded? Do a search for it. Failing that download it again making a note where it's downloading to on your system.

And you'll need to have DPP already installed on your system to be able to install the update. The update is actually a full version, but it checks that you already have it before it will install.

Hi if you are on windows vista or 7 click on start (bootom left windows icon ) then click on your personal folder (should be on top of the list just above documents ) when it opens you will get some folders , you should see a folder called downloads, all the files you download should be there.. Hope this helps..

Hi click on the i accept box then click download, after clicking download you should get a winow with run , save or cancel . click on save, when you click save another window opens, this window shows where your download will be saved, just click save and it should downlaod, unless they have problems on the site ?.

Hi Ron there is actually two files for d.load.The one in the mag is DPP392EN.exe When I d.loaded the file it created a shortcut on my desktop.I opened it up and the correct file reference was in the help dropdown menu.
I did not try to d.load DPP393EN.exe
