Im feeling low.....

It took this long, but a few days ago I realized that Christmas is not about me any more. All of my joy comes from my 4 year old daughters. They are quite excited about it. We are trying to do lots of Christmasy things, but I feel so disorganised this year and like I am not doing it right. I guess part of it is that my wife for the first time did almost all the shopping. I was out last night at the mall and it felt like Christmas.

On a side note, I wonder if the Salvation Army has stats on how much more they collect when they have a hottie with the kettle. Even in the uniform, she was nice! Yes, I donated

HAHA...my kids are adults now so Christmas isn't the same. No sign of grandchildren yet though sadly!!

I love the flaky pastry ones, hot, with lots of cream dripping off them....scooping up the warm cream when the pie has gone...........

It's not light for tanning but for taking photographs. I've found it very hard to get a Robin to perch on a snow covered branch while it's resting on a tanning bed.
