A great action shot. Really good. How did you manage to get that blurring sense of speed throughout the photograph?

I suspect that a lot of it will be by using panning while the sled runs down the hill but this will be enhanced with the motion blur filter in photoshop.

I was riding backwards on a sledge in front of them while performing a crash zoom using my Canon 550D and a Canon 70-200mm F4.

But if you don't believe that, then I used three overlays and two masks, with both a motion blur on one layer and a radial blur on another. The image was cropped by over 50% and the subject material was enhanced with levels, sharpness and vibrance.
