still have'nt recieved Feb's issue, due out on 12/1/11, its now saturday 15th.are we not ment to get the mag posted before its in the shops

Gez you dont seem to be having much luck at the moment, what with your free gift not arriving and now your subsciption delivery not arriving before, during or after the due date

Personally I pick my copies of my monthly magazines up at a Major Supermarket..much easier, not reliant on the postal service and means its doesnt get squished/damaged/torn as it gets shoved through the letter box which is one of my pet hates..

Ok you don't get the free gift and it works out a bit more expensive but you haven't had your Free gift anyway apparantly so your'e no better off..

These things happen, there is always a third party involved, delivery companies and gift distributors and for the few quid you save yourself by ordering a subscription it seems in this instance that it didnt reap the dividends you had hoped for.

I hope you get it sorted out I truely do, equally I hope the PP staff pick up on your dilema and come to your aid..

Can I ask if you have reported the missing issue to our distributor, My Favourite Magazines?

I don't have access to your subscription details here so it's not something I can look into straight away - if you could let me know if you've contacted MFM and have had no luck then someone here can investigate for you.
