Remember me log in function not working

I see that a remember me tick box has been added to the logging in procedure, but it doesn't appear to be working. Everytime I leave the site it logs me out and I have to log in again when I return to the site.

Has anyone else experienced this problem or am I the only one?

No it's the same for everyone. It was susposed to be fixed but it isn't. It logs you out if you leave the site for about four hours, but it you leave and return within hour or so, you are still logged in. Sometimes when I come back on after a day and go straight to the forum page and scroll down to the bottom it has my name there but still need me to log in. If I enter a forum, without logging back in, and then come out again, then my name has gone. Strange very strange!!!!
