I wish a member of my family was in to is as well.

But loads of things have made me smile over the past few days.

For me today it was finally being able to get my car out of the snow and enjoy a nice familly walk on the beach, it has been a whole week of walking the dog a walk around the block and even having to walk a 5 mile round trip in snow and ice with the dog to fetch our xmas meat from the butchers shop and the familly having to all caryy rucksacks of fruit and veg back from the shops. Having said that the experience of not having to rely on my car has been fun as well and I have smiled plenty of times.

As for Xmas TV Come Fly With Me put a big smile on my face but most of all the look on my 6 year olds face when she saw and opened all her Xmas pressies

I dropped my camera from quite a height on to its lens a few days ago (no, it was not too much imbibing on New Year's) and was too scared to turn it on in case it was not working or the lens was cracked. The filter on it was completely dented out of shape by the blow, and I took my camera to an independent camera store today to check it out. Not only did the very helpful shopowner manage to get the filter off without breaking anything, he tested the lens and the good news is no damage to it or the camera. All for free and with a smile from him thrown in as well.
