Have to say I was thinking 'wow' as I scrolled through - and then looked at the age groups! Perhaps I'll just hand my Crumpler over to my 2-year old now

Just want to know about the winner in each category ... will they pick from these highly commended & commended photos, or from the shortlist before ?

Very nice pictures from they all ..

I think that's as far as these commended and highly commended portfolios go. The winners will be from amongst those left on the shortlist.

Some incredible pieces of work in there. Stunned. Well, frightened is more like it!

pixelherder is right, the highly commended and commended photos are the 'runners up' in effect, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be announced on the 7th December.
