Sigma 17-50 OS vs. Tamron 17-50 VC

In case the answer to my previous post is that the Tokina 165 is that it is discontinued, what are the views regarding these two lenses

Sorry, please ignore my post, confusing myself after replying to another thread.
However, the Siggy 17-70mm f/2.8-4 OS is an excellent lens, I use one on my 7D, of course though it's not 2.8 end to end.
