Deleting photos from file

Hi again
I am new to the site and it's not the best site for instructing how to use it, or it could be i'm just to old

Anyway can anyone tell me how I can delete photo's from my file as I have placed most of them in the wrong categories and I would like them to go into the right ones,

Go to the page with the photo on it and click on the [EDIT] link next to the name of the picture. At the bottom of the edit page are the "save changes" and "delete" buttons.
