I ordered my subscription back in September and the subscription gift still hasnt arrived, when should i expect this?

Longer if you are not in the UK! Mine took about 6 weeks here in Canada.

Occasionally products advertised on the subs pages aren't available overseas due to size and weight restrictions but if you drop an e-mail with your subs details over to me at carly.drew@futurenet.com, I'll get our superstar internal subs team to see if there's anything else we can offer instead.
