So disappointed...

Dear guys and gals,
For the past four years I've been a subscriber of your wonderful Digital Camera Magazine through the Zinio website because I live in the States.
I have learned many new techniques and I've receive a great amount of tips and projects to get my creative juices flowing.
The reason why I'm writing to you is to inform you that I am going to let my currrent subscription to your great magazine expire because the price to renew my current subscription has jumped from US$23.99 to US$78.99.
I am very disappointed and sad to have come to this decision because, even though you guys have revamped the magazine and have added a great deal more of content, it does not justify the 300% increase in price, especially since I do not receive the disc that the other subscribers receive with their paper copy of the magazine, and the current economic recession does not allow me to fit the extra expense in my budget.
It has been great for me to wait each month to download and read my copy of Digital Camera Magazine and I will surely miss doing so in the future.
You guys have been really great!

Thanks for the feedback (even though it's not necessarily what we want to hear!). I won't go into the details of the complex pricing relationship between UK copysales vs export copysales vs UK print subs vs overseas print subs vs digital editions - as it's far more complicated and dull than you might already imagine. The short and hopefully slightly encouraging answer is that we are currently looking at Zinio-edition, territory-specific pricing as well as other digital innovations that hopefully will enable us to offer the mag's content at a more competitive price for non-UK readers. As soon as we've got news to announce it'll appear on the site first - I'd expect in the next couple of weeks. Sorry it's not sooner.
