Love the expression on his face. Was this a candid shot or posed?

I'm guessing posed - a great shot either way!

Abers, how do you do your B&W conversions? Photoshop? Channel Mixer? Silver Efex? They always look so well done - would love to know.

Cheers
Andy

The picture is of a man in a crowd, so not posed. It was taken in the 80's on B+W film 6X6 and digitally scanned.
All the digital images I post are taken in colour and converted to B+W in L/R with further enhancements in CS5 presently or the earlier versions of thiese software programmes.
Thanks for the comments.
Another image of the same chap.

Love the grittiness of these shots, especially the first one. Nice conversions as usual. Digital B/W is as good as any film b/w I have seen these days.

These ones were shot on film

The grain on the first is beautiful, and the thoughtful expression and tight composition make for a captivating portrait.
