Just looking at posts and one new member would like to no how to put pics, answer from older member/MOD do not cross post and closed it . So you know how to close posts but can not be bothered to tell how to post pics then closed it ?

The question was answered, by someone else, in the other post the person made. Perhaps the mod was going to do it himself and got busy. Normally, that is what would happen.

The mods aren't paid to help out, it's done in their spare time.

Cross posting leads to confusion and results in splintered threads that waste people's time as someone inevitably answers a question that may already have been answered elsewhere.

And perhaps if I'd bothered to create a gallery on here myself I'd be able to advise someone else how to do it, but as I haven't I couldn't.

Indeed, in part at least. I was browsing during a quick tea break at work, but couldn't answer the question anyway. At least not without going through the process, which I doubt the 5 or 10 minutes I had available would have been adequate for.

Might also be worth adding that there are several threads with explicit instructions which people often direct members to.

I even made a rather poor video explaining how to do it...
