I quite like it, but then I'm a sucker for long exposures anyway. There are a few things I'd have done differently though. Firstly, I agree with Don, it's a little under exposed on the rocks - considering they're covered in moss and leaves, you can't really see any detail in them. However, you would obviously have started to blow out the highlights on the water so there is little you could do apart from some exposure blending.
Secondly, I would have altered the position, or angle of direction, of the camera. You've cut off some of the waterfall on the right hand side of the frame. This, in itself, is OK but there is also quite a lot of dead space in the top left corner which unbalances the shot. You've laid the composition out nicely overall though, with the waterfall sort of running down the frame as it makes it feel like it's coming towards you. I'd have just pointed the camera a bit further to the right.
Finally, I'm not sure that the square crop works all that well. I like the fact that you've retained the rocks in the bottom right corner as they add texture and depth and help frame the falls, but the movement of the water diagonally tries to emphasise the width of the frame - something you don't get with the very unforgiving square frame.

It refers to the inability of some people on forums (not just this one of course) to select the right word when forming a sentence. So you end up with things like "it was worse
then when...".
The biggest annoyance for me is the whole "I've got a new lense" thing. No, you don't. You've got a new
lens!
