Can`t they phone up the techs from MusicRadar or Bike Radar, IT`S THE SAME BLINKING SITE WITH ANOTHER NAME, they seem to be able to manage it.

*Minky, really getting hacked off with it now*

Hi everyone,

This fix is not on our critical list right now, and will be looked at once other more vital fixes have been deployed.

And just to note, this site is not built on the same template/code as any other radar site so it's not just a case of importing code or systems across.

Thanks for your patience,

Amy

Firefox users can get around the problem if they use the web developer toolbar plugin to edit the site cookies. You just need to change session cookies from being session cookies and extend the date of all time sensitive cookies. It's a one time change (so long as you don't delete any) and saves time in the long run.

If that's the same option that's been on since Beta then it only works for about four hours.
