The magazine is not due to arrive to Australian subscribers until today (9 June), but yes, do feel free to get in contact with them and they will be able to tell you if there are any expected delays.

Hi Amy.

To receive an issue of a magazine on or after the 9th of the month of that edition's month is quite disappointing, from a subscriber's point of view.

I used to work for a large magazine publishing house and know/understand lead-in times and overall publishing schedules. We would blush if our magazines were being sent to subscribers so far into the month of issue. It never happened, however.

Anyway, hopefully we'll hear a little more from Laura throughout this thread.

Matt, it is an import magazine for you and I (I am in Canada) and we should not expect it to arrive as fast as it does for those in the UK. I have not received mine yet either but should be here shortly, it usually arrives a couple of days after my Linux Format. I see this as part of the price I pay for higher quality UK magazines.

My problem has not been with it arriving later than it does in the UK. I understand and fully accept that as a simple reality of being an overseas subscriber.

My 'issue' is that the magazine has begun arriving increasingly late. That's my point.

Other than that I love the mag...when I receive it.

Since they publish every 4 weeks and not once per month the dates will change.

Hi Matt
Just want to point out that you will not receive the magazine at the same time each month. PhotoPlus is published 13 times a year - yes we have to produce one every four weeks. Because of this the onsale date changes with each month. So at some times of the year will come out at beginning of the month, sometimes at end - and even sometimes in the middle!
This may help some of the confusion!

Again, I can only go off the time the mag used to always show up in my letterbox. I even had it marked on the calendar, it used to arrive so regularly and on time.

BTW - I'm sitting here of a Friday night, June 11...and it still isn't here. June 11!!! I'll leave it at that. No more replies required.

I don't subscribe but maybe I should as I have just bought April's edition from the shop!! We are always a few months behind in the shops here.
