Vote for one, vote for all.

When you vote for a photograph that was entered in several categories at the same time, you vote for all of them. I do not think this is right.
If I want to vote for a stunning picture in, say, the Wildlife section, it does not mean I also want to vote for the same shot in 'Landscapes.' It may be the same stunning photograph, but, in my opinion, it may not be a landscape.

Is it not possible to 'break the link' so you can vote for a single picture?

As in previous comps, its not the number of votes that decide who wins the competition or a category, they merely make it easier for the judges to sort out the "wheat from the chaff"...so with this the judges will know what falls into a specific category and whats just there for the sake of getting attention.

It ultimately falls on the entrants shoulders to make sure their shot is relavent to the category that they are uploading to....
