Cut price cs4?

Now that the new Photoshop CS5 is on sale - which I cannot afford - does anyone know of a reliable source of a reduced price CS4, complete with all its bells and whistles, hopefully at a price within my reach.

Any advice, including warnings, gratefully received. Alan

One problem you may have is that I read somewhere that if you had purchased CS4 within the last month you would get an automatic upgrade to CS5 has anyone else come across this ?
