A quick one from me, I've had a busy week that seems to have carried on into the weekend.



This is a boat entering Gunthorpe lock on the River Trent.

Well, I've had the most frustrating couple of days trying to find a entry for this weekend and ended up with zilch! I've been to three different locations in my locality and nothing. Conditions were not conducive at any of them, so I didn't even bother getting my camera out...

Folks I don't get home from work until quite late but will endeavour to get home sooner to set up the Poll.

PS glad to see the EXIF on the site, may need some tweaks but it is a start in the right direction.

Bad news isn't it! The trouble was that there was too much wind and it was making the water too choppy to get the magical reflections I've managed to capture previously at these spots. Oh well, there's always next week!

i went to take photos of a friends newborn.... well, that didn't work, but was able to get a nice flower with drops

Hope I made it on time my server has been down for three days due to a problem at the exchange however it did give me more time for photography.Dolphins jumping out of water, surfing and my main goal was some sunrise captures this being one of around 100.
Down one increment on exposure and converted from Shade to Standard white balance gave more detail.
