Small Bag

I use a Kata 467i for all my gear including a laptop, but on occassions I want to be able to take just my 50D with its battery grip and single lens attached.

Anyone suggest a bag that would do this, most of the stuff i've looked at is aimed at the more compact SLR without a grip.

Thanks in anticipation.

What's your budget? A Crumpler messenger boy or muffin top (4000 or larger) will do you - just don't buy from Jacobs as they're about 50% more expensive than most of the competition for these (John Lewis do them for £20 less than Jacobs).

I'm in the market for a new small bag. I like the look of the Crumpler Company Gigolo. The cheapest I have seen is here: http://www.collegecameras.co.uk/Crum...00-p-1522.html

Hi
Is better if you have it in a book bag, because in a sleeve you can drop it and in a book bag you are caring it on your back...

Sounds to me like what you want is something like the Lowepro Toploader Pro. The one I've linked to is the 65 (they come larger) but that one is designed to take a 1Ds series camera with a single lens attached so should be just about spot on for your 50D with grip.

As they get larger the basically get longer to allow for a slightly bigger lens. The 65 is £60 on WEx.
