For this week's competition try to find interest in an everyday object or setting that most people would recognise.

SPECIAL this week only - since I have posted the theme early, photos taken on Thursday will be eligible.

arghh and when i have 2 photoshoots this weekend that are the least mundane, one with 50s style housewife turns clubsinger, and the other a wasted rockstar shoot lol, i will still find a goos shot though i hope

Thinking cap on and gazing upwards in the hope of finding some inspiration from somewhere. Which is difficult with such a mundane subject...

... I wonder whether my local supermarket will give me permission to take a shot of the queue for the checkouts.

Oh and Ogga, congratulations on your win. An interesting shot, beautifully captured, though the cutesy nature of it didn't appeal to me personally. Also, you might just want to update the dates shown in the title of this thread. I'm sure there are a few days in between Thursday and Sunday.

Hmm, yes, I spotted that as soon as I posted (and in fact got it right on the entries thread). I can't change the thread title myself so I've PMed the mods in the hope that they can make the fix under the bonnet.

Interesting theme ogga and one for which I have an idea or two. Whether or not they come to realisation is another matter of course as weekends are becoming increasingly busy for me. Along with that, I've got a PC to completely reinstall (XP > W7) starting tomorrow but we'll see - what will be will be.

Be careful, I have changed from XP-W7 and it takes forever to load. but then again I dont seem to be very lucky lately
